"Chambre spacieuse vaiment agréable avec de nombreux équipements (climatisation, frigo, bols et couverts, fauteuils, télévision) et une salle de bain très fonctionnelle. Bien placé dans la ville avec juste en face un petit restaurant géorgien où on mange très bien."

"En revanche, le matelas n'est pas de bonne qualité car on sent les ressorts. Il faut aussi savoir que l'accueil n'est pas assuré en permanence car c'est un petit établissement (fin octobre j'étaisle seul client). Lorsque je suis arrivé à 17h30, tout était fermé (alors que le check-in est prévu jusqu'à 18h selon le bon de reservation de Booking). J'ai dû appeler et attendre plus d'un quart d'heure dehors avant que quelqu'un vienne m'ouvrir)."

"This place is in the city centre, but its quite. Supermarkets and food places are very close. The owner is very nice. Heating system is automatic. It turns on and off to keep 22C. There is also a common place with your neighbour, where you can use a fridge, tv and a couch with a table."

"The spiral staircase to the room is tricky. My wife almost sliped. I guess it could be hard at winter."

"This Guesthouse is one of the best places to stay and relax in Vanadzor. Initially I booked for 5 nights and ended up staying longer. Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, microwave and fridge at your fingertips. Private entry to the room is an icing on the cake, cleaning lady very helpful and the owner treat you like a family member, loved the place and if I’m ever in Vanadzor or Spitak area, I will come back here 100%"

"I had a wonderful stay at Downtown B&B Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of the city, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and main attractions. It made exploring the area super convenient."

"A short walk from the train station, we had a spacious apartment (at the top of external stairs in case you have lots of luggage / mobility issues). Clean, many beds, comfy firm mattresses and a functional kitchen. Staff were friendly and accommodating to cyclists. Great location near markets, banks, bakery etc."
