"We arrived in Quito and had to check in to the first best hotel since we got food poisoning on the way. I’m very thankful that we ended up here. The staff were immediately outside our door as soon as we needed something. We had water, fruit, blankets and towels delivered to our room on plates. On top of this, they regularly contacted us on our phones to check on our well being. The service we received here was truly above and beyond and we would happily return with better health. The room is clean, nice beds, clean bathroom. Multiple restaurants and a pool. The restaurant connected to the hotel area really gave a fine-dining feeling with very good food, staff in the restaurant were exceptional aswell. Strong recommendation."

"This property was about 20 minutes from Quito airport. It was peaceful and relaxing. It had a person at the gate 24 hours. We ate at the restaurant attached and the food was amazing. I would stay here again. Rooms were clean. Staff was super kind and helpful."

"Various options for breakfast but i only taken a plate of fresh fruit and black coffee . The location is excellent for me as it is only 20_ 25 minutrs to the Airport at a cost between USD 15 to 20 . Close proximity to Tunbaco market and 2 to 3 bus stops to Cumbaya ,La Scala mall or Cumbaya square or taxI for 2 to 2.5 USD . The grounds of the hotel are green and lush and there are various restaurents inside the hotel but i havnt tried . Sraff are very helpfull and all my requirments were met ."

"Check in was a bit Rocky/unclear and the gate shuts for security at night (which is good but made it frustrating to reenter). The staff speak pretty much exclusively Spanish so have a translator on hand or know Spanish"

"Rukka lodge is like a little oasis in the middle of town. It's extremely relaxing and feels very serene. Beautiful outdoor area with clean pool perfect for getting sun. The adjoining restaurant Garden House has delicious options. The staff is exceptional and very accomodating."

"There is no reception and gate is closed to the property so things can be tricky if arriving late at night - recommend getting in touch with hotel ahead of time so they are tracking and the guard will have key."
