"Les chambres étaient très spacieuses. Bonne wifi. Bonne climatisation. Joliment décorées. Le propriétaire, Vakho, était aux petits soins pour nous et faisait toujours de son mieux. Il nous a même gardé une place avec un parpaing pour garer notre voiture de location. Tout nous a plus!"

"✅ Positive Aspects The hotel is located in a central area, within 10–15 minutes walking distance to many attractions. It is a beautifully restored former Soviet-era building, which adds a unique character. The interior design is elegant and gives the feeling of staying in a palace-like atmosphere. The King Suite was spacious, very comfortable, and the bed quality was excellent. The owner, Ms. Annushka, was very helpful and manages the hotel well."

"❌ Negative Aspects Since the hotel is located on a side street, the area can feel a bit unsettling at night. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the owner’s assistant. On the day of check-out, when we returned to collect our luggage, we were not allowed to use the restroom because we were told that it had just been cleaned, including our own room.😞 We had requested hot water before leaving, but it was not provided, and when we attempted to take it ourselves, we were spoken to rudely. Considering that we had left a tip both during payment and again at check-out, this behavior was quite disappointing."
