"La situation à quelques mètres du centre, mais au calme était parfaite. La maison a beaucoup de charme. Elle a un joli petit balcon fleuri et couvert par de la vigne. La chambre est énorme. Il y a une salle d’eau et même un lave linge. Le coin cuisine est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il y a la climatisation et la chambre donne sur une cour intérieure. La propriétaire est bienveillante, accueillante, souriante et très gentille. Elle ne parle malheureusement pas l’anglais, mais elle essaie de communiquer au mieux par des signes ou demande de l’aide à son fils."

"We stayed there twice. Very nice hosts. Despite language barrier they took every effort to make our stay very comfortable. The place is located at about 8 -10 mins walk from freedom square. They happily accommodated us when we checked in early and also once when we wanted to leave some luggage with them during our Kakheti tour. They have great old furniture. The rooms were big, toilets were v clean."

"The lady taking care of the place did not speak English but that is fine. She was very helpful. She gave me some detergent powder to use in the washing machine in the room, and gave me something to hang my clothes. Location was good and close to old town. Showers were nice and hot. She included simple toiletries like shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste"

"We stayed 3 times at Valiko in 3 different rooms. It’s a large house divided into rooms. The rooms are huge with bathroom, small kitchenette and some with a washing machine or a balcony. The owner doesn’t speak English but you can communicate basics or use google translate. It’s incredibly good value for money and would be comfortable for a long stay. We were able to easily wash and dry clothes as we could access a washing machine even when it wasn’t in the room. It was summer and the aircon worked well. Good wifi. Close to Liberty Metro (10-15 mins walk) last half up a steep hill. There are supermarkets and food options nearby. Very quiet neighborhood."

"Rideshares and taxis refuse to drop/off pick up outside the property, but will just around the corner. You just have to work out if they’re at the street above or the one below. Not really a problem once you know."

The room I slept in was huge and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony and a kitchenette. I was able to do laundry. The grandmother who ran the accommodation was adorable"
