"Petit déjeuner correct, temps de service un peu court, une heure seulement 8 à 9h. Restaurant le soir, service avec le sourire……il y avait des serveurs parlant français donc plus d’aisance dans les discussions."

Les chambres sont en dehors du bâtiment, sous la pluie pas agréable de marcher pour se restaurer.

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

The room have unpleasant smell from the toilet initially. But overall room was clean and seems to be maintained well.

(לצערנו היה סגור) הבקתה הייתה נקייה ויבשה, מיטה זוגית עם ג'קוזי בחדר, ספה נפתחת, אינטרנט, טלוויזיה, מיקרו, מזגן בכל חדר. כל הבקתות אותו דבר עם גלריה למעלה עם 2 מיטות. הבן אהב לשון שם. מגבות החליפו כל יום. בריכה מקורה ומחוממת וסאונה. שחינו כשבחוץ היה +3 מעלות מטבח כללי גדול עם אפשרות לעשות מנגל גם בפנים וגם בחוץ מול נוף המדהים, כמו כן יש גז, אפשר להכין אוכל. בעל הבית מאוד אדיב ונעים, ממש דאג לכל דבר מה שהיינו צריכים. אפשר לקבל ארוחות בוקר בתשלום. עזבנו את המקום עם חוויות טובות. נחזור."

Don't forget to try the pizzas! The staff was helpful and friendly. Even though it was close to the highway, you couldn't hear any car noises."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

"Magnifique séjour, cette île est une perle rare. Nous avions la plage avec l’eau turquoise pour nous tous seuls. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. La cuisines est bonne. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons été très bien accueilli du début à la fin. Le gérant nous a même offert un dîner romantique au bord de plage pour notre dernière soirée ainsi que des petits souvenirs pour notre départ. Le transfert c’est très bien passée, 4 heures de speed boat ( attention pour ceux qui ont le mal de mer)."

Le tarif disproportionné par rapport aux logement proposé ( les autres logements que nous avons eu à la Dominique etaient d'un bien meilleur rapport qualité prix) Le petit déjeuner, inclus dans notre prestation etait frugal, nous avons du payer un supplément pour des oeufs et du bacon.

La chambre était trop petite pour un couple.

Le seul petit bémol, pour le petit déjeuner  nous aurions préféré des jus de fruit corrects plutôt que chimiques proche du soda.

Bruyant, mal insonorisé,espace restreint dans la chambre, froid mis chauffage d'appoint prise de courant défectueuse. Petit très moyen,jus fruit industriel,le café était déjà servi dans notre tasse et donc froid au moment de le boire ainsi que oeuf au plat

La douche n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Attention, les portes de chambre ne se ferment pas de l'intérieur car elles sont censées ne pas pouvoir s'ouvrir sans clé depuis l'extérieur mais, pour notre chambre, elle s'ouvrait tout de même.

Hôtel trop éloigné du centre de PP. Les jacuzzi extérieurs ne sont ni chauffés, ni ne font des bulles. L'équipement salle de bain qu'il faut demander à la réception. Sous prétexte écologique, il n'y a ni brosse à dent, ni coton tige ; aucun nécessaire de toilette
