"The hotel was lovely however the let’s downs * no entertainment in the evening on site * ⁠WiFi wasn’t working effectively and they had two systems on site * ⁠TV in the room wasn’t working either, neither was the cable TV For the nightly rate these items should be delivered to the customer."

The staff were superb and friendly however they were overworked and in need of a few more staff members to make this service run smoother and guests didn’t feel left out or waiting too long. I would’ve like to have seen more TLC of the garden areas which I think l make a huge difference on entering any hotel"

"Not enough lighting in the sleeping rooms and bathrooms. With the widespread availability of LED bulbs, there should be better lighting over the bathroom mirros and in the reading lamps and overhead lamps."
