"A 5km du centre ville, 5/10mn en voiture, parking gratuit possible derrière le parc Kalmy, dans une impasse. Ensuite accès via la colline des 3 Tours en 30mn. Propriétaires très accueillants, communication en anglais parfaite! Echanges sympathiques avec eux. M'ont permis d'enregistrer plus tôt, merci! Parking sur la propriété. Accès au jardin et à la piscine. Au dernier étage de la maison des propriétaires en souspente, studio moderne avec 3 velux pour faire rentrer la fraicheur et la lumière. Literie confortable. Rideaux occultant parfaitement. Très calme la nuit et en journée (sauf les avions, heureusement peu fréquents). Cuisine bien équipée (grand frigidaire-congélateur). Très grande salle de bain + lave linge. Wifi et propreté ok. Bon rapport qualité prix."

"Si les températures extérieures sont élevées, il peut faire chaud dans le studio. (en juin, 26°C extérieur = ok) Lorsque le vent est d'Est, les avions font leur approche au dessus de la maison (mais avec les velux fermés, on entend rien.) Manque un grille pain."

"The place it s amaizing, by the forest. The family which hosted us lives there which makes it so easy to organise everything, very friendly and welcoming people. The property has all the facilities, everything its very clean."

"Nice and spacious room with all needed things. Even tea and coffee for morning. It really feels like staying at friends house."

"The neighbours where kind of loud in next room, but this is not a hotel, so would not expect ideal sound proof walls. The parking is for max 3 cars, so if you are not lucky, you will have to park in the street. Luckily, there is enough space there."

"It's a mansard, so in some points narrow ceiling. Not a problem, out of the tub, where for a tall and not young person it's a kind of task to take a shower."

"Very close to the university I was visiting. Walk there and to supermarket or coffee or restaurant. Clean, spacious, shampoo, toilet paper provided, towels, linens provided."

"Liked it all. Just for feedback. Just the first night one of the other rooms had people over and there was music and talking well past 1.30am so I found it very difficult to fall sleep. Thankfully, the other nights were quiet. Sheets/bed linens could be updated. Felt well washed but not smooth."
