"Tout était parfait. Le personnel est absolument aux petits soins avec les clients. C'est rare à notre époque de trouver encore ce genre de service dans un hôtel. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Le personnel du bar "Churchill" est charmant et attentionné. En résumé, il n'y a rien de négatif."

"We booked our stay here on a bit of a whim and as soon as we walked into the room wished we had booked longer than 1 night! The room was absolutely stunning and so much more impressive than it looked in the photos, the bathroom had a lovely spa bath. Location was very central and it was a lovely spot to explore the strip on foot and grab a meal at one of the many restaurants nearby. Staff were extremely helpful in assiting us to book a limo service to the ferry terminal on our departure & catching the coach on arrival at the terminal was also very easy."

It seems like a rigid (and stupid) policy to make guests wait unnecessarily, which isn't fun when you're simply craving a quick coffee at 8:30 a.m."
