"The apartment was modern, super clean, well equipped and large, with daily service. Location was central, with loads of cafes and restaurants and very safe. Excellent coffee just across the road. Security was exceptional and door was opened when we were merely 5 metres away. Gym was well equipped and excellent for the size of the property. It was winter so the pool was covered, but tables outside had beautiful fresh flowers every day. I rarely write reviews but felt this property deserved a mention."

"Great size apartment in a great location in polanco. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. We were provided with a high chair in the apartment and a cot which was very helpful for the baby."

"Overall pretty good. Incredible, large 2 bed apartment, very comfortable beds. Good 'neighbourhood' location - always easy to get a taxi or uber. There is a great street market in front on Saturdays for fresh food and delicious taco stalls. In room washer and dryer which was nice to do laundry after a week there (buy your own detergent). Excellent daily cleaning. Staff was very responsive to our requests (printing, dry cleaning) by whatsapp."

"The flat was huge, and it was great. Plenty of space for 3 people (1 couple + 1 person). It had a walk-in wardrobe! Would also work for a family. Nice pool and hot tub."

"Only very minor complaints. Breakfast wasn't great. Toaster didn't work. Selection wasn't outstanding. The TV was on all the time which was pointless and noisy."

"Location was great - safe to walk with kids. Restaurants, bars,... in walking distance. we arrived Sunday 05.30 am and check-in was no problem due to very friendly security personnel."

"Spacious and well appointed. We loved having the separate bedrooms and kitchen. Everything you could want was provided. There is a lovely little pool too. The breakfast was simple and easy."

"The sound proofing. We could hear people moving furniture, assuming the housekeeping team cleaning) in the room upstairs which made a jet lag nap difficult"

"Excellent spacious apartment which was a great base for exploring Mexico City. The porters were very friendly and helpful - and lent us 2 bikes to explore on the Sunday"

"The hotel is located a minute walk from Lincoln Park, this is a definite advantage. The hotel has filtered water on the parking floor. Spacious room, good quality furniture, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, washing machine and dryer. The overall interior is quite pleasant. Very large spacious double bed. Availability of air conditioners and WiFi. Very good soundproofing."

"The windows in the room opened quite a bit. Change of bed linen is provided by the hotel only once in seven days, if there is a need to change bed linen before the expiration of seven days - the service is paid. Mattress not flat. The water in the bathroom and sink did not drain well. Very dirty floors and carpets, especially after the staff cleaned up. The couch smelled bad and had pet hairs on it. There was only one dressing gown for a family of four. Slippers and sets of disposable toothbrushes, cotton swabs and cotton pads are not provided by the hotel. At the time of our stay, the pool was closed, as was the gym. except for the bedrooms, the dormitory room is very dark. There was not enough light in the kitchen, in the corridor, in the living room."
