"Le toilette il ya une odeur qui dégage et ça met les clients mal à l'aise, les services de nettoyages ne font pas bien leur travail, ils ne nettoyent pas comme il le faut, laissant de saleté et le lit est souvent mal rangé. Les toilettes mal nettoyé, mais l'eau etait toujours au rendez vous ainsi que les petits dejeuner (thé, café, sucre et lait en sachet)"

"We love that the reception staffs as well as the manager I believe were approachable and accommodating the other one was from the check in (nepali girl) and the other one from our check out (sri lankan/indian girl). Our stay was relaxing and even the breakfast buffet included in our booking was superb, the staff especially the filipino one in the dimsum corner was very accommodating we went around 7:30am last feb 8. Will definitely come back soon and planning to go again for our anniversary."
