"L'établissement a un bon rapport qualité/prix. Il est idéalement situé, pas loin de la station de tram, avec un accès à tout rapidement, deux supérettes en bas de l'hôtel. Nous pouvons facilement rentré et sortir de l'hôtel à tout heure. Et pour finir laisser les bagages à l'hôtel lors de notre fin de séjour est pratique."
"Nous sommes agréablement surprise de l'hygiène de la chambre, on s'attendait à quelque chose de moins propre, il reste néanmoins quelque endroit "sale". Type: salle de bain et les vitres. Mal isolé mais des boules quies sont recommandé."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Safran Hotel. The hotel is neat and clean, and the rooms are well maintained. The Wi-Fi works very well, which is great for both work and entertainment. The location is excellent — the area is nice, with many restaurants nearby, and the metro station is within easy reach, making it very convenient to travel around."

"All are fine ,but there is a receptionist (lady) , behaviour not enough mature,also there supervisor not enough educated regarding customer happiness.they give priority only "showing Excuses" not trying manage.however manage the situation,matter,client and others activities that's call the hospitality management.but what I seen excuses being hospitality which is destroy our hospitality previews"
