"Je suis restée dans cet hostel 4 nuits pour me reposer après 1 mois de voyage. Les lits sont hyper conforts, en plus y'a des vraies couettes, salle de bain super, aires communes super grandes (bar, salon, cuisine, rooftop, jardin). Le personnel est super gentil, bisous à vous et merci ! Vous êtes à 5min du lac c'est très joli pour vous promenez En plus c'est cheap !"

"We had an amazing stay at Balkan Hostel !!The Hostel itself is really nice : from the rooftop you have an amazing view on the lake and the city behind, you have a really nice garden, an amazingly large kitchen and the dorms are also really comfortable ! And you couldn’t find a better staff : they always make sure you feel well, and are ready for a chat. One of my friend was sick, and they were really kind, making sure she was okay, informing us of the hospitals nearby."

"Amazing facilities, very clean and spacious. Really the quality is closer to a boutique hotel than a regular hostel. Great value for money. Rrahim and Ornela are wonderful hosts who went out of their way to help. It was quiet when i was there but i felt like i was a guest in their home. Location is great, not in the centre of town but a nice walk through the park gets you there and everything you need is nearby + the views are incredible . Its also easy to get there if arriving to Tirana East bus station"

"The atmosphere is so welcoming I loved the family dinner the hosts cooked for us, it was the perfect way to connect with other travelers over great food. They also organized an incredible bike tour which was breathtaking and easily the best thing I did in Albania. The hostel is right by the Grand Park, clean, and has a great creative vibe. If you want a place that feels like home but offers real adventure, this is it!"

"Fantastic place. Great staff. the building itself is with history and is worth a mention, great views and amazing balconies. spacious rooms with beds far apart, so it is not cramped up. spacious kitchen and brillian lounge. huge bathrooms - plenty of space and super clean. well organized.. It is a new place, so i am not surprised it is all clean and very fresh. i hope it stays like this and gets even better but with reasonable pricing!"

"It’s newly opened hostel in a beautiful location overlooking Tirana Lake Park with brand new furnishing and amenities including the best kitchen I’ve seen in a hostel in 4 months of travel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and impeccably clean. Lots of living space and a very pleasant atmosphere. And the staff is incredibly hospitable and friendly!"
