Teren budynku jest ogrodzony, posiada ogród z miejscem na grilla oraz wiele miejsc parkingowych. Blisko plaży i promenady oraz sklepów. Właściciel bardzo miły, formalności związane z wynajmem załatwiliśmy na lotnisku w Tiranie, na każde pytanie odpowiadał w ciągu chwili poprzez Whatsapp. Polecam, jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu."

"I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lungomare. I was extremely satisfied with everything — the place had absolutely everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean, well-equipped, and cozy. As a bonus, there was also a nice partial sea view, which made it even more special.
