"Nous n'y croyions pas mais pourtant cette villa et cette vue sont bien réels ! L'accueil de la part du propriétaire a été parfait, il s'est montré flexible, aidant et a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. Cette villa est toute neuve, parfaitement équipée et magnifiquement décorée (le propriétaire a eu soin de construire cette villa avec beaucoup de goût et des matériaux de qualité). La vue est juste incroyable et cet endroit magique est reposant et apaisant. Merci, nous avons littéralement passé 3 jours dans un petit coin de paradis."

"Malheureusement la route est quelque peu difficile d'accès (chemin en pierres) à 20 minutes à pied du centre et de la plage mais c'est aussi ce qui offre cet écrin de paradis où vous pourrez vous couper du monde."

"A very special place in Albania for a relaxing family getaway. Reno the owner is kind and helpful, and fluent in English the property is beautifully designed and the view you wake up to is utterly stunning. Will always remember watching with my daughter as a storm cloud moved its way across the water before *boom* hitting our cozy property. Bravo Reno and family for this amazing place!"

"Nothing to do with the property or its excellent owners, but Borsh beach is a wasteland. Rubbish on the beach — half-finished construction projects on the shore. Very sad to see what should be a stunning beach degraded to the point it’s hard even to find a pleasant place to sit without being surrounded by rubbish, or looking out at a wastewater pipe fouling the ocean in front of you."

"I had truly exceptional experience. The view is spectacular, the house has everything you need, there is washing machine and kichen is well equipped and I loved the gesture in form of speaker available, nice to play some chillout vibes while watching the sun goes down :) These sunsets will stay with me for a long time. And what touched me a lot were the people who run it. They were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and generous — and made everything feel effortless and warm. This is a place created by people with heart, for people who appreciate it."

"If you arrive with car better to drive from Borsh village site. From the other site road is bit more tricky. But I wouldn’t say this is something I didn’t like - just made me abandon my car for a 2 days which was a nice invitation to explore the area by foot - beach is long enough to spend day or two walking and exploring everything around:)"

"Exceptional place: breathtaking views, very quiet neighbourhood. Everything is clean and brand new. Also owner is very kind, he helped us to get a tire pump when we needed it and advised where we can go fix it later."

"If you are travelling without a car it might be less convenient, because its a bit distant. But for us it was just what we were looking for."

"Not a dislike but recommend anyone staying has a car, as the villas are located on the hillside, so it’s about a 10 min walk down to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants"

"An absolutely breathtaking view, a balcony best suited to watch sunset while sipping on your wine and munching on olives and cheese. Everything inside is modern, tasteful and spotless. Couldn’t have wished for a better place to explore Albanian riviera, but also to recharge and reset."
