"Super appartement avec magnifique vue sur le lac. On ai a quelques pas des coin restaurant, café, épicerie ect. Un quartier très branché la nuit. Et à 10 min à pied de la plage de ksamil. Merci pour l’hôte qui était très accueillant et gentil. Je recommande fortement"

"Everything was perfect, the location very close to the city center and quiet, all the facilities were there, the apartment was clean and comfy for a family. The hosts were very helpful."

"Great aircon and lovely outdoor area. Comfortable beds. Short walk to supermarket and beach clubs. Market store handy for essentials. Staff lovely - minimal English but easy to communicate using translate app. We left items of clothing behind, and staff were extremely accomodating in organising us getting it back!!"

"Kitchen was lacking utensils, oven trays and not enough cutlery/crockery for the amount of booked guests. €5 per wash in washing machine."

"This hotel was in a quite are and very close with the center and the beach.The room was new and very comfortable. It have a big balcony with very beatiful view of the Butrint Lake and the mountin.Aldo was very friendly and a wonderful guy.He helped us with everything and also showed us everything that we can visit in Ksamil and Sarande. It also have a secure private parking. I would defenitly return there."

"Un accueil au top un personnel hyper impliqué pour le bien être de ces clients ☺️ j’ai séjourné quelques jours dans cet établissement avec mes 3 enfants le petit déjeuné qu’ils proposent étaient juste magique ce qui nous a permis d’économiser les repas du midi car nous faisions un vrai petit déjeuné copieux et délicieux Mes enfants les ont adorés toujours au petit soins même avec le chocolat en poudre qui a la base n’était pas proposé mon fils a donc eu son chocolat au lait chaque matin 🙂 endroit super bien situé calme la voiture juste devant. Vraiment rien à dire je recommande à 100% dy aller Si je dois revenir en vacance en Albanie je sais déjà où j’irais séjourner 😀"
