"Amazing place for its money! The place was recently opened as I understood. Some things look new and modern but some not really. Anyway it has a pool, garden zone with tables for rest or work and restaurant with a good food. I had a great rest in between of my flights. The is water to drink in the room, coffee and tea. Thank you!"

"The mattress was very uncomfortable and the sheets very made with synthetic cheapest material. It create static electricity."

"I had an excellent experience with this hotel. My wife and child flew in, and I arranged for a transfer from the hotel. The driver who arrived was very polite and helped with the luggage. The receptionist was also very courteous and assisted my family in getting up the stairs with the child. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was perfect. The hotel is very close to the airport by car, making it a great place to spend time between flights."

"Posizione ottima, vicinissimo al aeroporto.Hotel molto pulito,non manca niente. Colazione buona.Vicino hotel ci sono negozi, supermercati,bar e ristorante.Lo staff molto gentile è disponibile,sono pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema.Sicuramente tornerò. Consiglio a tutti viaggiatori."

"Отель в тихом районе, от аэропорт на такси около 15 минут, есть номер для одноместного размещения, кровать достаточно широкая, комфортная. Всё необходимое в номере было, бутылка воды в том числе. Завтрак легкий, кофе только растворимый. Вблизи есть кофейня, магазины продуктовые. Персонал дружелюбный, все вопросы были решены."

"Новый отель, чисто, есть своя ухоженная территория, бассейн. Гостеприимно. На такси до центра можно доехать в среднем за 15-20 минут, в зависимости от трафика на дороге."

"В номере нет хотя бы маленького столика со стулом. Поработать в номере не получится, это не совсем удобно. Также нет холодильника. Был довольно слабый сигнал WiFi в некоторые дни."

"It's just one A-frame house, no neighbors, no noise and disturbance. Has pretty big terrace with grass zones and facilities for outdoor activities. Inside the house all the mentioned facilities are new and well-functioning. Landlords are very friendly and attentive."

"This apartment is a true gem, located right in the very center of Yerevan. Everything - from cafes and restaurants to major sights - is within a 2-5 minute walk, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The host is a truly wonderful and warm-hearted woman - incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel completely at home. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained, recently renovated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had an amazing time in Yerevan and will definitely be coming back - without a doubt, to this exact place. We're not even considering other options!"

"Nice spacious apartment in a safe neighbourhood, not in the city centre so we were not as affected by the Victory Day parade. The city centre is mainly accessible via taxi. There are some supermarkets and food courts nearby"

"Very nice place in a good location with an incredible view of Hrazdan stadium, river and a lot more! Everything as in pictures. Checking instructions and call center were very helpful. Absolutely recommended!"
