"Nous avons été surclassé ! Un grand merci à l’établissement. À 1min à pied du Lac Sevan (à droite lorsque l’on sort du Resort). Le lit était très grand et confortable. Le personnel au petit soin, en portant nos bagages à notre chambre. Il est possible de prendre un verre au sein du Resort."

"Endroit idoine pour profiter du Lac Sevan au plus près grâce à son emplacement idéal sur l’île aux oiseaux qui permet de belles promenades, à pieds, au bord du littoral. L’idée des cottages est très agréable, le jardin qui les relie est joliment décoré et la piscine est belle. Le personnel constitué de petits jeunes était très sympas aussi. On recommande."

"Quels points ont été légèrement gênant : - Une chasse d’eau usé e - Une télé sans antenne/chaines et avec uniquement YouTube - Des problèmes d’eau chaude Et, mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement, certains voyants ont été très - trop - bruyants le matin en mettant très fort la musique sans considération pour l’entourage."

"All the staff was very nice and friendly, they always checked if everything was OK so they made me feel like home. The restaurant serves excellent food with many options to choose from, that’s why I had all my dinners there during my stay. It’s a beautiful space and there is always good ambient music playing there. Same with the breakfast, all top notch. The room was nice and I really liked the heated floor in the bathroom. I strongly recommend spending a few days here if you are in the Lake Sevan area!"

"Probably some nightstands in every side of the bed would have been nice so you can place the phone, watch, etc. Free parking lot was OK but probably not big enough for all guests and sometimes it could be difficult to find a spot at certain hours."

"We had the best stay in Armenia with my son. Incredible service. So helpful, all! Always humble, polite with a smile 😊 The theme of the resort is amazing. Full of green, many trees. Heated pool also. So much privacy from the rest of the neighborhood. It was the best choice we made."
