"Ce joli chalet est idéalement situé au bord du lac. La vue est incroyable et le calme est total. L'accueil de Mamikon est chaleureux, il parle très bien l'anglais et connait même quelques mots de Français. J'ai pu commander mon repas (délicieux) qui m'a été livré avec le sourire. "The location was absolutely perfect, offering complete privacy thanks to the private property on the shores of Lake Sevan. A peaceful seclusion, it was incredibly convenient. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed: clean bedding, a warm shower, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and a cozy kitchen. A special thanks to the wonderful host, Mamikon, who welcomed us with warmth and care."

"Place is right beside the Sevan lake inside a compound. Mamikon the caretaker was very helpful to tell us what we should do in terms of food, roaming around and also suggested us an extra heater if we need. Quiet and beautiful place. Food was ordered and served at exact time."

"We had a chalet facing lake (nice view !). Few meters from the beach. Owners are very friendly, and so accomodating. When we asked for a taxi to go out shopping groceries, they offered to drive us to and back. Very good value for money for those who seek relaxation and as a beach chalet. Although owners speak limited English, they tried to communicate thru' google translator."
