"Tout est parfait.chambre petite mais vu le prix et l'endroit , c'est super 👍 il était dit que c'est à o,7km du centre. C'est faux c'est dans le centre ,à même pas 100m de la grande place, et cerise sur le gâteau ,comme on dit en France, il y a en sous sol,1 cuisine immense,un grand salon, avec tout pour cuisiner. Le linge et les locaux tout est très propre. C'est sans doute à gyumri où nous avons passé notre meilleur moment, 3jours. l'Arménie est 1 super pays. Sécurité, et n'avons pas cuisine les restos sont peu cher. Nous partons avec regrets"

"the 2-bedroom-aprtment exceeded my expectation. It was very spacious and clean. Everything was new and modern. the location was a hero, and staff were very helpful too. I recommend this place specially for families."

"super convenient. clean. has aircon AND heater that works. (as budget room has no window it can be stuffy needing ventilation in day then cold at night). enough hooks, hangers and a place to put toiletries in the shower."

"The place was near Vardanants Square, so we could walk to the city center in 2 minutes. It was a small room with all the amenities we needed (private bathroom with towels and toiletries etc.). The air conditioner worked well and the beds were comfortable and soft. On the first floor there was a kitchen with tables and some board games so we could sit there, eat snacks and play backgammon."

"The curtains did not manage to completely isolate the bright morning sunlight so I woke up earlier than i would like to."

"This hotel has an amazing location, right by the main square. You can park on the street outside the hotel. Our room was small but comfortable. It had a fridge and excellent air con. In the basement is a kitchen with free tea/coffee any time of day and also gas hob and saucepans etc so you can cook your own meals. This is a real bonus! The manager is friendly and always available if you need any help."

"Уютный домашний отель в самом центре Гюмри. Мы только прилетели, нам пришло сообщение, что номер уже готов - часа за три до формального срок заселения. Это было очень приятно. При этом номер предложили выбрать самим! Мы выбрали с окном во двор - потише) Места немного, но уютно и чисто, ни пылинки. Кровати удобные. Белье качественное. Порадовал завтрак. Мы выезжали рано, его приготовили в 8 утра: яичница, овощи, сыр, сын еще сосиски ел... сварили кофе. Гостеприимно и заботливо."

"Звукоизоляция не идеальная, слышно соседей, свет из коридора под дверью видно."

"Замечательные апартаменты (этаж в отеле) с завтраками. Завтрак шведский стол накрывали специально для нашей семьи в удобное для нас время. Расположение очень удачное."
