"Clean, cosy, and warm apartment, brand-new facilities, very helpful and supportive host. A good location close to the subway and to local grocery shops. I enjoyed staying here, and it is definitely worth the money."
"The building is not labelled on Google Maps - it's better to ask the host for the map link with the exact location. The terrain in this part of Yerevan is hilly, and pedestrian paths are narrow and contain many stairs. Walking could be difficult, especially with heavy baggage,"

"Very smooth arrival. Key was ready instantly the time of arrival. He was very helpful and tried to be available in case we need his help all the time. Very quite neighborhood. It's ike a local places and as a same time so many grocery shops around within 5 mins walk. It's a cozy place to stay for 2. Just connect the beds together and it won't be a problem. He even waited for us to make sure we are getting our taxi once we were leaving. Very caring person. I would definitely go back again if I would ever come back to Armenia."
