"House itself is good with 3 separate bedrooms and 2 toilets and bathroom. You cannot expect wow-experience because there is a car washing station nearby which may affect your sleep. It’d ve good to restrict the open hours for this car wash. The terrace is spacious with several tables if you are many people. The Old city center is 25min on foot downhill."

"What a lovely and tranquil place to stay! Perfect for a stay with friends or family. All needed facilities where there. Walking to the city center (downhill) is very easy. Returning by taxi is the best option (and very affordable), since the hills are very steep."

"House is clean and well equipped. Offers everything what one would need whilst travelling. Big house with three separate sleeping room, 2 toilets - well suited for bigger groups. Beautiful garden and terrace, grill available."

"Beds were not comfortable, mattresses should be replaced. The sound from neighboring the beer factory can be annoying at times and the smell. Quite upheal, although not too far from the city centre. car needed for crocery shopping etc."

"The location, the garden, the veranda, and all the artistic details and decor available in the house immediately create a positive mood. The mattresses were also great. The kitchen was full of all types of utensils. All was great."

"Уютный чистый дом, со стариннохй мебелью и всем, что необходимо: от разовых зубных щеток до дополнительного постельного белья, подушек, пледов, большое количество посуды. Даже несколько настольных игр есть. Великолепный сад! Видно, что люди вложили душу, очень приятная атмосфера. Место, в которое хочется вернуться."

"На компанию из 6 человек было комфортно. Горячая вода, кухня, отопление, интернет, телевизор. Ухоженная территория, место с мангалом. Отличная локация, рядом с Дилижанским заповедником, где есть туристические тропы с красивыми видами. На кухне вся необходимая посуда. Где-то в отзывах прочитала, что похоже на хорошую дачу, согласна. Видно, что все сделано с любовью и сохранением семейных традиций. Благодарю хозяйку и ее помощниц за радушие, внимание, чистоту."

"В душе вода растекается по всему санузлу, но справиться можно с помощью швабры. Метраж комнат небольшой, но это компенсируется большой верандой и другими зелеными уголками в саду. Я бы не назвала это недостатками, т.к. и цена аренды дома не высокая."
