"Very modern, spacious kitchen. Excellent location. Chatty, helpful staff. Bedrooms had spacious individual wardrobes for each bed."

"Buona struttura in posizione centralissima a Yerevan. Essenziale ma dotata di tutto ciò che occorre. Camere pulite e confortevoli, così come la cucina comune. Facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi dall'aeroporto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo."

"Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dall'Opera. Staff gentile e disponibile. Stanza piccola per essere una Matrimoniale ma comunque ottima visto la poca permanenza all'interno. Ero sempre fuori 😅😂 Bagni e doccia puliti e abbastanza comodi."

"Unica pecca, forse la doccia del piano terra, che si allagava tutto quanto ed era impossibile portare i vestiti all'interno."

"We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The location is beautiful surrounded by nature and trees, which made it feel very calm and private. The heated pool with the forest view was definitely the highlight we spent hours just relaxing there and enjoying the quiet atmosphere. The hot tub was great too, especially in the evening when it got a bit chilly outside. Inside, everything was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The cinema setup was such a nice touch we watched movies at night, and it felt just like being in a private home theater. The PlayStation was another fun addition; we played a few games and had a good laugh."

"Very smooth arrival. Key was ready instantly the time of arrival. He was very helpful and tried to be available in case we need his help all the time. Very quite neighborhood. It's ike a local places and as a same time so many grocery shops around within 5 mins walk. It's a cozy place to stay for 2. Just connect the beds together and it won't be a problem. He even waited for us to make sure we are getting our taxi once we were leaving. Very caring person. I would definitely go back again if I would ever come back to Armenia."

"Tout d'abord, malgré le froid hivernal, le chalet était étonnamment chaud ; nous avons même demandé à ce que le chauffage soit encore plus bas. Le chalet est confortable, agréable et propre. On y trouve tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, et on peut aussi commander des plats délicieux. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner arménien traditionnel. Concernant les équipements, il est indiqué que le spa est en supplément et qu'il faut payer l'intégralité du prix, notamment pour le furaka japonais (nous avons payé 15 000 AMD pour l'accès à trois zones de spa). Le jacuzzi se trouve sur une terrasse chauffée et fermée, ce qui permet d'en profiter toute la nuit."
