"L'emplacement est très central, très calme et l'appartement est grand avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Même s'il faisait froid dehors, cela ne s'est pas ressenti dans l'appartement, tout était rénové. C'est un endroit où je pourrais revenir."

Taxi system in the country

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

Manque d’hygiène (coup de balais, présence d’humidité dans toutes les pièces et les palacards = odeur non agréable, cuvette des toilettes à changer)

A proper shower would be nice. And a garden tap would be useful.

"Le logement est près d'une station métro. A proximité, il y a beaucoup de restaurants pour le petits déjeuner, déjeuner et diner. La piscine et la salle de fitness est bien fonctionnelles. Les personnels sont très sympa et très serviables qui répondent toutes les questions."

Dans la description de l'appartement, il est mentionné que l'appartement a une superficie de 105 m2. Cette superficie ne correspond pas à celle dans le système européen. En réalité, il est peut être entre 50 et 55 m2. Dans l'appartement de l'étage supérieur, il n'y a pas de cuisine. On m'a surclassé dans un autre appartement ayant la cuisine et 2 chambres à coucher. Cet appartement dans la description a une superficie de 147 m2. Or il est en réalité peut être entre 60-70 m2.

Les Couettes sont usées, ils faudra les changer; Il manque également des ustensiles de cuisine comme le mixeur, la bouilloire , les louches etc..dans l'appartement

"Etablissement très propre, belles chambres avec coin cuisine aménagé et très bien équipé."

Les chambres qui donnent sur la cour intérieures sont très calmes, par contre celles qui donnent sur Frognervieien sont bruyantes.

The cleaning of the room should be more thorough, can still see alot of dust at the 2 side pillars inside the room. The living room table top wasn't clean and wiped daily as can still see stains after housekeeping. Ahld provide washing sponge if cooking is allow.

La douche, un petit peu petite et la climatisation aurait été la bienvenue

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

Peut nécessiter la prise d'un taxi pour revenir du centre de Cavtat le soir car rues étroites.

"Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

Malheureusement la plupart des chambres sont très obscures, sans fenêtre sur l’extérieur.

"Grande terrasse. Lit confortable avec couvertures bien chaudes. cuisine bien équipée. Accueil très cordial et personne compétente et disponible. Garage pour la voiture. Appartement très propre."

En janvier, il pleuvait et malgré chauffage ( pompe chaleur), il ne faisait pas très chaud dans studio. Garage pratique mais entree étroite. Bien pour petite voiture style polo sinon petit parking privé devant.

"The place is neat and well arranged. The attitude of the people was excellent. The atmosphere was very good and the amenities were excellent. Great value for the money place!!!"

Logement excentré si vous n’avez pas de voiture . Après il y a des arrêts de bus juste à côté , très pratique . Pas de take away à côté .
