"Hôtel déjà fréquenté plusieurs fois avec rapport qualité prix très intéressant! Personnel très aimable, présence de parking privé surveillé et clos la nuit. Ascenseur. Lors de mon dernier séjour j'ai bénéficié d'une chambre avec un grand lit confortable. Accès facile par bus (arrêt au pied de l'hôtel) ou tramway (arrêt à 10 min de marche) vers toutes les zones de Cracovie. Présence d'une bouilloire dans la chambre."

Lors de ma dernière réservation, il n'y avait pas de petit frigo, toujours très utile, dans la chambre contrairement à d'autres chambres de l'établissement. Les chambres donnant sur la rue Malborka sont un peu plus bruyantes en raison de la circulation mais la nuit, c'est calme.

Le petit déjeuner servi en chambre devrait être livré plus tôt ( à partir de 6H30 ) pour les personnes qui le souhaitent ( sur demande et inscription éventuellement ) . La barquette de fruits pourrait être plus chargée

"Chaudement recommandé. Endroit très bien placé. Super propre. Très bien équipé. Estelle est adorable. La plage de sable gris quasi privée est formidable (joli petit chemin ombragé depuis la chambre, facile d’accès). Vraiment t une bel endroit."

Le ménage dans la salle de bain peut être amélioré (poussière au sol entre le mur et la douche). Il manque un décapsuleur dans le logement (heureusement j'ai toujours le mien).

Pool needs to be renovated, tiles were missing. Also walls in wellness could be painted.

Nous n’avions pas de serviette dans la chambre .nous pensions que nous aurions des serviettes de bain mais ce n’étais pas le cas .dommage .

The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"J’ai tout apprécié. La propriétaire est trop Sympathique. Elle fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe très bien. Meilleur rapport qualité prix. Le personel est vraiment charmant, tellement gentil et attentionné comme la propriétaire. Pour ceux qui aiment la cuisine Chinoise , n’hésitez pas à déjeuner ou dîner sur place. Les plats sont succulents.🍚😋 Les plus : le transport lors de votre arrivée et votre depart. Nettoyage de votre linge sur demande. Merci encore pour ce séjour"

"Je garde un très bon souvenir de l'équipe Le manager Leonard et son équipe étaient au petit soin pour mon époux et moi. Stanley, Laura et tous les autres très sympathiques et souriant. On se sent vraiment dans la Caraïbe car l'équipe parle Anglais, Espagnol, créole... Merci à tous pour l'accueil, sans oublier le jeune homme avec les locks qui a accueilli avec ses amis mon époux Patrick au sein de leur jeu de domino :) Le jour de son anniversaire il a perdu les parties, lol ! Il ne l'oubliera pas pour ça 😊"

"The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are comfortable and clean. Owners very friendly and attentive and easy to reach via Whatsapp should you need anything. Supermarket 5 min walk away."

The only thing with the place is that if you don't drive (like me), it's quite far away from everything (which I kind of knew from researching when I booked so that was my choice) There are no buses but if you're driving, I would say it's perfect for a quiet, chilled stay in beautiful surroundings. I would probably still go back just for a few days if I re visit Aruba.

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

"J'ai choisi cet hôtel car le bus 6001 pour l'aéroport Incheon s'arrête juste devant cet établissement. Le quartier est bien desservi par le métro et des bus. Nombreux commerces et resto à proximité."

A couple of details... No shelf in the shower to put your soap and shampoo. On the floor or balancing on the shower handle.

Un hôtel un peu old school … Douche sombre mais on a de l’eau chaude ! L’inconvénient principal ce sont les voisins trop près qui font du bruit ( musique d’un groupe un soir, des chiens qui ont aboyé très tard le soir ou une famille à la chambre au dessus de notre tête pas insonorisée…marchent fort , parlent fort… )… ce qui est dommage quand on doit se lever tôt et qu’après 22h00 tout ce bruit avant de s’endormir…

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.
