"L'emplacement est très central, très calme et l'appartement est grand avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Même s'il faisait froid dehors, cela ne s'est pas ressenti dans l'appartement, tout était rénové. C'est un endroit où je pourrais revenir."

Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas top, le café avait un arrière gout et les pâtisseries étaient trop cuites. La qualité du Wi-Fi est mauvaise, mais en se connectant à tous les modems on arrive à jongler entre ceux qui fonctionnent et ceux qui ne fonctionnent pas !

Possibilité de rejoindre le centre à pied. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt (7h du matin) et avons pu bénéficier de l'appartement de suite + petit déjeuner ! Bonne literie et douches chaudes"

Il n'y a pas de chauffage dans l'appartement. Avec les nombreuses vitres (chouette vue), il faisait vraiment frais dans l'appartement. Si vous venez avec de jeunes enfants, attention aux fenêtres qui s'ouvrent en glissière sans protection garde-corps (on était au 5eme étage.. )

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"Très bel appartement spacieux dans un grand immeuble. Bonne situation à 7mn à pieds de la station BTS Nana et à environ 8mn de la station metro Sukhumvit. Idéal pour explorer Bangkok. Un 7eleven se trouve juste en bas. L'appartement est idéal pour 2 personnes avec tout le nécessaire en linge de lit et linge de toilette. Nous sommes restés 10 jours et la femme de ménage, adorable, est passée changer les draps. Il y a un local à poubelle sur l'étage ce qui es pratique pour le tri sélectif. Un grand merci à Mona pour ses réponses par message et sa gentillesse. C'était un très bon séjour."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

Salle de bain à revoir. Bel espace. Douche ingerable. Du chaud au bouillant sans réelle possibilité de réglages. Manque des étagères de rangement. Dommage l espace est pourtant là.
