"Нестабильная скорость wi-fi. Иногда даже просто сайты начинали грузиться медленно, тогда переключался на мобильный интернет. Немного нестабильный напор воды, иногда хороший, а иногда слабый. В спальне можно отапливать комнату кондиционером, а в ванной и кухне холодно."
