"Tout était parfait, de l'accueil très chaleureux et professionnel à la situation géographique: l'hôtel est exceptionnellement bien placé. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et il y a beaucoup de choses diverses (j'ai apprécié les fruits). Je recommande vivement !"

"L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 min à pied du centre historique. Les chambres sont vastes et très propres, la salle de bain était manifestement récemment rénovée et tout fonctionne parfaitement. J'avais un petit problème avec le wifi en arrivant qui a été immédiatement résolu par le propriétaire. Le wifi fonctionnait parfaitement après cela. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et offre, outre les oeufs, la charcuterie et les fromages, des spécialités locales et des viennoiseries. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et ne pourraient pas être plus aimables, toujours prêts à aider et à rendre service avec une gentillesse que l'on rencontre rarement! J'y retournerai certainement lors de mon prochain séjour à Sarajevo!"

"The hotel team is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is good and we were allowed to keep our luggage after checkout. An early check in was also possible without additional fees as we arrived a bit earlier. The hotel is near the old town and other visit areas. The bed is very comfortable, and the room & bathroom were clean and towels replaced. I can highly recommend this place!"

"The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I'd arrived at the hotel late and stressed after finding the accommodation I'd originally booked was not safe. The receptionist kindly took time to help me and poured me a large and welcome gin. Delightful old Austro-Hungarian style small hotel just a short walk across the bridge to the main old part of the city. Basic, no frills, but a lovely breakfast and a very warm welcome. Corner shop close by and very helpful small restaurants round the corner who would even exchange currency."

"Just outside Zvornik (about 4km) and close to a fairly industrial area but the guesthouse itself is surrounded by fields and hills and is quiet and calm Its a simple family-run business with welcoming smile and the host Vezra really wants to make your stay comfortable. Shared bathroom (we hadn't noticed that on booking) but it was not a problem for us (we were two travelling together with two rooms - and no one else was sharing the bathroom ). We slept well. Son Stefan helped us with translation and we managed to communicate in English OK. Good breakfast (great coffee) for Euro 3 only which was good value. If you want a break from bland business-type hotels come and spend the night here."
