"Tatjana à été incroyable depuis le début ! Elle a même accepté de nous faire le check in avant l'heure. Le premier jour nous avons eu un petit souci de chambre elle a tout de suite changé de chambre. Elle a été à notre service pendant tout le séjour. L'hôtel est décoré avec goût et passion."

Her warm hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed. We could not have hoped for a better stay or a more attentive host. The location is also incredibly convenient, making it a strategic spot to discover Sarajevo! The managing of the hotel changed hands not so long ago, so if it happens that you find something that for whatever reason does not match your expectations, just don't be shy to ask and you'll get it fixed quite fast!"
