"Grand hôtel très confortable au charme un peu rétro. A deux pas de tous les lieux d'intérêt de Sofia (cathédrale Alexandre Nevski, musée ethnographique, boulevard Vitosha, etc). Nous avions réservé une chambre classique mais l'hôtel nous a donné une chambre panoramique : très grande, avec grande terrasse, salle de bains avec baignoire et douche. Le personnel est de bon conseil et aimable. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner donc nous ne pouvons pas l'évaluer."

"L'emplacement dans le meilleur quartier de Sofia (au milieu des ministères et à proximité du palais présidentiel et des principaux points d'intérêts touristiques). Très bonne insonorisation, confort et propreté des chambres. Petit déjeuner copieux, internet rapide. Equipe de réception au top. La gestion des taxis et notamment pour la liaison aéroport très efficace et sûre (environ 10 euros la liaison entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport - à prendre avant le rush de 16h). Sécurité, confort et efficacité sont les maîtres mots qui pourraient définir ce très bel etablissement."
