"Very comfortable, large suite. View of ocean. Air conditioned - nice sitting area. Private balcony. Kitchen reasonably well-equipped, complementary coffee. Hotel is in a great central location near grocery stores, restaurants etc. Golf cart parking in front."

"We had a lot of rain and the mosquitoes were really bad. Thankfully, the staff were very diligent about spraying the areas to reduce the infestation."

"The location is great. Close to restaurants, groceries, entertainment, and ferry terminal. Rooms are spacious, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We particularly appreciated the help that Omega gave us. She is a wonderful asset to this hotel."

"The kitchen equipment needs to be updated, particularly pots, frying pans, and bowls. The frying pans are all scratched and peeling. The pots were probably the cheapest they could find and are thin bottomed and battered. They need to do better. Also, the toaster did not pop up on its own and always burned the toast."

"Clean, good facilities in the room and really good shower with hot water. You get pool/ beach towels to use during your stay. Central to the main town. Like the beach bit directly next to the hotel with comfy sun loungers."

"We had a room with a bed and a sofa bed and the sofa wasn’t very comfortable. Ok for one or two nights. There’s also construction happening opposite the hotel at the moment which can be quite noisy."

"Great location, right on the beach, a couple of blocks from the ferry wharf and airport. Very big room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean."

"Location is in town and pretty free of noise. There was not much sea grass as a lot of the east facing beaches have. The dive boats picked us up at our dock in front. Everyone there was helpful. The property is well kept, except the pool will need resurfacing soon, but that is so minor. The staff were always helpful and fast. We were diving so we wanted to use a wash bin and it was out of order. So they got someone out and set it up for us same day. There are so many places walking distance to eat, shop, whatever. And I did not expect full kitchens, which we had."

"Nothing worth mentioning. They can't control the city power. They can't really control the sea grass issue that plagues Mexico and Belize. But they did well for their beach. Some stuff is a bit worn but it's not priced as the Four Seasons."

"Great location, could walk to a lot of places. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with everything we needed - coffee, drinking water. The staff were awesome. Loved the restaurant on the property, great food and staff."

"Even though I enjoyed my stay, the price point was a little high. My first time in San Pedro so perhaps there is somewhere a little less $$."
