"Seems to be a regular occurrence at some of the hotels I stay at. The air heat/ conditioner filters not cleaned. The one in my room looked like it hasn't been cleaned since it was installed many years ago. There was an inch thick layer of dust blocking any chance of air flow. Please show your cleaning and maintenance staff how to do this for all the rooms. I already cleaned the one in my room. Takes two minutes."

"La localisation de l'hôtel qui est vraiment dans un coin joli et avec des cafés et restaurants sympas. On a aussi beaucoup aimé pouvoir voir des aurores boreales depuis notre chambre. Le propriétaire a aussi était très arrangeant pour l'heure de notre départ."

Downstairs lounge area was very dark, and had a small kitchenette attached. Place was convenient for US border, but far from downtown Vancouver."
