"Gros gros plus pour Sébastien qui gère le Resort est qui est d’une gentillesse inégalable ! Le logement est très basique, et à prévoir qu’il n’y a pas d’électricité, mais il y a une solution grâce aux personnes présentes sur le Resort qui peuvent mettre vos appareils à charger ! Ça vaut très bien son prix et l’emplacement est vraiment incroyable, les pieds dans l’eau ! Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. Merci encore à Sebastien qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien !"

"The decoration outside."

First of all please do not rely on the reviews here. The most one I think are fake reviews. This is now the real situation at this so called Nature "hotel". Flies flies flies. Everywhere thousand of flies. Flies in the rooms, flies in the restaurant everywhere you will have the flies. This is an indicator about the bad hygiene in this hotel. I have booked to so called King Room with Mountain view. It sounds very friendly but the reality is totally a horror. The room is very dirty and most issue it is wet and everywhere you see mold. When you enter the room you smell the moldy air. Absolutely unhealthy enviroment. Even the bedding is moldy and wet. The floor is wet. The walls are wet. We have to use hair dryer to have a little bit dry feeling when we sleep. But we could not sleep very well. Very terrible situation. Beside the moldy enviroment the room cleanless is terrible. Everywhere died flies and their feces. Stains on bedding and hairs. The bathroom was so dirty that we have avoided to take a shower. The toilet was not cleaned. The breakfast was consist of only rice and noodle and some unfresh cakes. On the food there are a lot of flies. They have a menu but most ones are not available. So we ate some noodle but was very low quality. Now my frustration. I have paid 1.4mRP for one night. In Indonesia you can stay in a very good 4 star Hotel for this price. I have requested a refund but the owner/staff was very unfriendly and not collaborative. For 200kRP you can stay in Bromo/Tosari in every homestay which is more better than this kind. So dont rely on the pics and reviews. The guys are cheating in a high level. Please be really careful to book this hotel. I have already claimed to booking.com. "La gentillesse des hôtes. La tente était très confortable- lits faits à notre arrivée Par chance il ne faisait pas trop chaud. Douches communes bien entretenues."

"Es hat mir alles gefallen! Ich habe mit meinen zwei Jungs für 4 Nächte im Heu übernachtet. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich! Der wunderbare Garten hat uns jeden Tag neues entdecken lassen, die Tiere waren toll. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen!"

Leute, die meinen für den günstigen Preis ein 10 Sterne Luxushotel erwarten zu müssen! Wer es klinisch rein haben möchte, sollte in die Stadt fahren und in ein Hotel gehen, nicht aufs Land, auf einen Bauernhof mit Tieren und Heu für ein paar Euro die Nacht!

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Kitabi EcoCenter. Nous avions un lodge récent superbe, la vue du balcon sur la forêt était incroyable. Le logement est vraiment réalisé avec goût et nous n'avons eu aucun problème d'eau chaude. Il nous a même été apporté un brasero dans la cheminée car la soirée était fraîche. Nous avons énormément apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, en particulier d'Ariane. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons et nous avons diné tous les soirs sur place, le restaurant propose de nombreux plats excellents. L'emplacement est parfait pour accéder aux activités du parc Nyungwe, en particulier le tracking des chimpanzés qui débute au milieu du parc (cette activité débutant tôt, l'équipe nous a même préparé un breakfast bag la veille !)."

"A cotée de l’aéroport, le van est trop confortable et bien équipée. C’était un super séjour. Avant d’arriver en Islande nous avons pu bien communiqué avec l’équipe de kuku camper qui répondait à toutes les questions qu’on pouvait se poser"

"Bon accueil, les clé étaient facile à récupérer, les informations quant au logement et les environs on été appréciés. C'est bien situé par rapport aux lieux d'intérêt et la chambre est bien équipée dans un espace agréable, le parking étant un atout."
