"Magnifique nuit dans cette berghaus au milieu d'un environnement exceptionnel, vue sur l'Eiger et toutes les montagnes mythiques de l'Oberland ! Nous sommes situés en haut d'une remontée donc le soir l'endroit se vide et nous pouvons profiter de toute la tranquillité pour apprécier notamment un beau coucher de soleil. L'établissement offre un bon confort pour ce qui est d'un refuge de montagne, le personnel est très accueillant et la nourriture réconfortante après la randonnée. Belle expérience !"

"L emplacement extraodinaire ! Une vue incroyable sur l'Eiger, les glaciers et les autres sommets. Peu de monde le soir, diner en été dans un cadre chaleureux La montee peut se faire en telecabine depuis Grimmelwald ( dans une tres jolie vallée ) où il y a un immense parking souterrain : le terminal ) . L' orage grondait, la deuxieme partie n'a eté mise en fonction que pour nous ! Depaysement total !"

"L accueil un peu froid ( sauf la jeune fille qui nous a servi au restaurant et qui était vraiment adorable ) La difficulté de communication au sujet de la montée à l auberge avec l orage qui menaçait et l incertitude en bas de la station sur la fermeture ou pas de la telecabine ( cable-car) mais ça s est arrangé et nous sommes arrivés sans problème."

"Magical location, so serene and quiet once the gondolas have stopped for the day. Unbeatable mountain views in every direction. Lovely big room with lots of windows. Restaurant dinner and breakfast very nice. Staff very kind and helpful."

"The staff are incredibly friendly and the restaurant is amazing. The rooms are basic but very comfy beds and the family rooms are excellent value. Nothing beats being up the mountain once everyone has left or watching the sunrise from your room"

"Staff was very friendly. The weather was not good. If not for the helpful staff we would have had a bad time. There are few good treks/walks from the place. The staff and the cabel car operators were friendly to suggest the treks and walks."

"The location is accessible only by cabel cars. The last car is at 4:30 pm. This effectively reduces the time we could spend out side."

"Berghaus Männlichen is something that you have to experience. A wonderful view of the mountains from your room. Hiking routes starting right outside your door. Amazing service by warm people who care. We really enjoyed our stay at Berghaus Männlichen. A few tips: Keep in mind the cable car schedules to make sure you get up there before it closes. There is a cafeteria and a restaurant as part of the hotel, they already made a dinner reservation at the restaurant for us, which was great!"

"Visited during August. The location is very unique, mind blowing Mountain views all around, and a great playground for children. After 17:30 once all the tourists leave and the gondola closes, you have the mountain and playground to yourself. Good breakfast and fairly priced dinner menu. Bear in mind the cost of getting to and from the hotel by gondola. Room was basic (yet clean) and was too small for a family of 4. Some staff members seem to be friendly during breakfast and dinner time only. Any request outside of the set meal times is often met with surprise and commentary (typical to Switzerland in general unless you stay in high end hotels with higher service awareness). This is just for awareness - the location and views are worth it!!"
