"المكان جميل جدا ونظيف حقاً ، اصحاب المكان لطفاء ومتعاونون، قريب جدا من مركز المدينة، الشيئ الوحيد الذي لدي ملاحظة عليه انه لا يوجد تكييف، لكن طلبنا من اصحاب المنزل بتوفير مروحه وقاموا بتوفيرها على الفور .."

"1. Отличная территория 2. Расположена на берегу океана 3. Есть все необходимое для кухни и приготовления еды, в том числе летняя кухня на улице. 4. 2 полноценные двуспальные кровати в разных комнатах 5. Отличный пляж, чтобы прогуляться и побегать. 6. Парковка 7. Близость к достопримечательностям на юге 8. В 10 мин езды супермаркет."

1. Не работал телевизор ( обещали заменить у след постояльцам) 2. Пляж не пригоден для купания. Практически всегда отлив. 3. Для проживания в вилле нужно авто.

"Hermoso lugar para descansar y pasar en familia. Muy cómoda y hermosas vistas. Lo único que no tenía cable como dice en el anuncio . Pero vale la pena la estancia."

"Le cadre est incroyable! Villa très récente et très propre! Possibilité de marcher le long des terrains de golf avec des vues très sympa. Le restaurants est également bon!"

Le niveau d’anglais et l’amabilité du personnel laisse un peu a désirer.

"We loved this place - set out in the middle of the rain forest with little other than toucans, howler monkeys, bats and agouti for company. I admit that if you are looking for a bland, all inclusive resort - La Ceiba may not be for you. But if you you want to sleep in the rainforest then this place is beyond perfect. There's a decent track about 400m long from where you park to the accommodation. It is lit at night - watch out for snakes and you'll definitely see frogs."

Just a suggestion - you should promote the work of the Jaguar Rescue Center more. We stayed here partly because the money is used to help wildlife - but many people may not make that connection and so may not go and visit the JRC

"Lieu idyllique, pour les amoureux du calme et de la nature. Un immense jardin, bois, étang, île entretenu avec amour et passion par les propriétaires. Evelyne et Jacky un couple adorable prêt à se couper en 4 pour vous faire plaisir et répondre aux demandes."

"L'endroit en général est bien mais il faudrait peut être rénover côté isolation. Les chauffages ne suffisent pas pour les froids d'hiver. Même en chauffant le combustion lente pendant la nuit , l'isolation ne suffit pas. Nous avons eu froid."

L'isolation est à reconsidérer pour l'hiver

El camino tiene 10 minutos de acceso complicado por pista. Recomendable un coche alto o 4x4

"Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Peggy et touchés de trouver des petits cadeaux pour nous et notre chien à notre entrée dans le logement. L'appartement était cosy et comprenait tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour: ustensiles de cuisine, produits de nettoyage, plaids... Nous étions au calme et proches de la nature, exactement ce pour quoi nous étions venus. La petite ville d'Hellenthal propose des restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarchés et se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture de lieux de balades et randonnées mais aussi de mémoire si vous vous intéressez à l'Histoire."

"A wonderful , basic cabin located in the arguably the best location on the island . Surrounded by acres of exotic fruit and native forest beyond. Birdlife is prolific. This is a place to stay for birdwatching with flocks of African grey parrots, kingfishers, egrets .. and so much more to see.. Excellent value meals can be brought to your table daily. Freshly caught fish, local grown fruit and rice. No need to cook . It's good quality and great value. Bring cash for guides and daily, national park entry fees . The beach is amazing ... REALLY"

Ensure you have bought a local sim-card, loaded with data before arriving. Wifi may not work. Also, before arriving, stop at a supermarket and buy sufficient drinking water for your stay. ( 2 litres per person per day minimum ). Bring mosquito spray for your jungle walks and be prepared to rough it .

"Lovely atmosphere and had all the facilities we needed. It was dark when we arrived making it a bit difficult to find however we managed to contact the manager and were guided to the property. There was no restaurant or cafe within walking distance but the young man who welcomed us went out of his way to go and get dinner and bring it back for us. A peaceful and comfortable stay. I would recommend this place."

There was no signpost on the main road to give directions. Not so bad during the day but necessary at night.

"Bon emplacement, très cosy hôtes à l’écoute. Chauffage mit pour notre arrivée. Grand chalet, bien équipé."

J’aurais aimé un petit meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser mes affaires et aussi qu’elle ferme a clef.

"Personnel fiable, attentionné et souriant. Belle piscine propre et rafraîchissante. Beauté naturelle des lieux avec un aménagement de plantes et arbres magnifique. Nous avions tout ce qui est nécessaire pour se faire à manger. Près d'une épicerie. Possibilité de 4 plages différentes. Transport facile vers Puerto Plata où Cabarete pour excursions d'une journée. Soirées agréables à Sosua avec ses bars, restaurants, karaokés ou groupe de musique."

Le bruit, le jour, sur la rue passante de l'hébergement. Correct en soirée et la nuit. Ne nous a pas empêché de dormir!

The wifi sometimes doesn’t work. And just needed to have more kitchen ware other than that the place is amazing.
