"L’emplacement est situé à 25mn à pied du centre de Hanga Roa. Il y a des trottoirs jusqu’au centre. Le logement est fonctionnel avec des sculptures typiques en bois qui soutiennent le plan de travail Un jardin reposant avec des chevaux qui parfois sont présents le matin au réveil. A côté du jardin botanique. Petit mais luxuriant. Pétéro et son épouse sont très accueillants et à l’écoute."

"It was clean, quiet and very good beds. I slept very comfortably. The best part was the host, Petero, who also is a local guide who provided customise services, and shows the finest of the island. I truly recommend to hire his services."

"This is a spacious cabana a bit further from the city center but in a very nice, quiet location. The accommodation has a big garden which definitely adds to the pleasure of staying here. Transportation is needed however. We rented a scooter (many options in the center) which was very practical (no parking issues) and a great way to explore the island as well."

"The bed was very comfortable. They provided one large bottle of water for free. We used their car rental service which was excellent. Response to communication was fairly quick. 20 minutes walk to Ahu Tahai( sunset point). There is a fan but no A/C."

"The pick up that they had arranged for us did not arrive. We had to message the owner who eventually picked us up. We were sad that we missed out on the traditional Rapa Nui welcome that the other passengers got to experience. There were no screens in the windows or sliding door, so couldn't leave them open to cool the room down without getting bugs in"

"Welcoming and understanding owner. Quiet place with a good little gathering of cabins. Most of the facilities you would need are there, though some could need an upgrade. For example, the internet could use a starlink upgrade as the entel wifi was not exactly fast. One great thing about the stay was being able to rent the car there, we did so for our whole stay, wonderful little car for cheaper then it would have been otherwise. With no stress added, it was great. Also, Petero was amazing, fixing our pickup from and delivery to the airport! All in all, we had a good experience there."

"The floors look clean but aren't. If you walk on the floor barefooted or with white socks, they become black. A propper grill would be nice, too, but not necessarily. Other than this, just small bits and pieces that I'm sure will come naturally as they learn and develop more. Note that we stayed in cabin 1 I think, closest to the road, I don't know if the other ones share the same good and bad points."

"Kind hosts. Comfortable beds, hot shower, peaceful, quiet. We enjoyed a lovely stay at Petero & Moana’s home. The quiet, spacious house had everything we needed with a 3 year old. The beds were really comfortable and we also enjoyed the hot shower. Petero and Moana were also really kind, caring, friendly, and we enjoyed meeting them. We hope to be back in beautiful Easter Island and their home someday."

"We spent six nights in this nice, practical house, and for us this was the perfect place to stay on the island. A little outside the village, made it an quiet accomodation. The house cosist of three rooms. Diningroom and kitchen. Here is all you need to do easy cooking. Bathroom is nice and practical. Sleepingroom with very comfortable bed. The hostess, Moana, was very friendly and helpful at all times during our stay. They both picked up when we arrived, and brought us the the airport when we left. We can highly recommened Cabanas Kainga."
