"Tout, personnel très agréable. Très bon petit-déjeuner servi le matin. Le restaurant est aussi très bon. Grandes chambres spacieuses très propres. La piscine avec une très belle vue était très appréciable aussi !"

"The staff were very helpful & friendly. They did a thorough job when I asked to make-up the room mid- stay. The included breakfast was excellent. The bread fresh baked & good variety daily. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. I liked the old/antique furnishing. Even though the building is old & needs some maintenance, everything was clean & functional. Love the architecture of the building. Lovely view of the mountains. It was pretty quiet except for some random dogs barking, which can't be avoided in Santiago"
"The building is a bit rundown, needs some maintenance. I had to tighten the screws on the balcony door knob. Pool wasn't cleaned(leaf litter/debris), but since it's not heated & it was winter, it makes sense to not waste time on it. Shower takes a while to get hot. But does get hot enough."
"The rooms are large, the beds comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful. The massage and sauna were great and the food exquisite. We were able to check out a bit later and then stay by the pool longer, so it was a wonderful experience."

"This was a lovely hotel - we choose to stay here a few days after a long journey to Chile before heading on to explore a bit and it was a really nice place to relax for a few days. In the sun it's brilliant - beautiful views, cocktails by the pool, breakfast on the terrace etc and even a relax in the hot tub! When it was cooler we could still eat inside which we did for an evening meal as well as breakfast and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or lovely."
