L’hôtel elle-même, vintage, champêtre avec son charmant décor, les couleurs, le style, les belles chambres, balcons avec vue sur la mer ou vue sur le bosquet, tout était à notre goût. Splendide !! Très bons déjeuners et dîner avec choix variés, délicieux et ce, sur la terrasse ou à l’intérieur. Relaxant !!! Personnel très aimable et poli. Nous retournerions n’importe quand. 😍"

"La situation de l’hotel est ideale, avec un parking sécurisé, et un accès direct à la plage de Zapallar, par un escalier. 20 min à pied du centre ville avec commerce resto etc.. La piscine est superbe avec une vue fantastique sur la mer, ainsi que la salle de petit déjeuner ! Service de massage impeccable. Personnel gentil"

"Great location with excellent view. The hotel is located in a very quiet sector that allows visitor to enjoy the stay and get a good time of relax. Facilities are so good and the staff is so dedicated and guest oriented, which is to be appreciated. Room, beds and bathroom were very good, clean and extremely comfortable. It is great for me."

"Perhaps the only thing to improve is quality of cable tv signal, although it is not key issue at all. Additionally, when offering stays in the booking app i would suggest including VAT in rates."

"Our room was fantastic. (302 - sea view, far right, one floor below the top/eaves rooms). We had a dual aspect view of the sea, and managed to catch incredible sunsets from the side window. We could hear the sea at night which was lovely. There’s a small terrace on the front. The pool was refreshing (17C and not heated). Breakfast buffets were good. Location is great, with a medium uneven but lit (in the dark) decent down to the stunning beach taking about 15 mins, and about 30 mins to Restaurant Chiringuito (recommend). We hiked to Cachagua from the hotel along the coast path (as far as we could!), and it was lovely. Staff very friendly and attentive. We drove and there’s free parking out the back. Five minute drive to a lovely 5km hike in Parco Boldo behind the hotel in the hills."

"No inbuilt a/c, but we were there at the end of April and we didn’t need it. I think they have a portable machine which may be available but these are not as good. No lift (not an issue for us, and we had help with luggage). Pool unheated."

"We liked everything! The location was perfect, close to the beach and our room had a great view. The staff were very attentive. All good! One small thing - I would have liked the option of Greek yogurt at breakfast."
