Arrivé la nuit l'attitude des gestionnaires n'était pas à la hauteur j'ai beaucoup de temps pour arriver à un compromis pour avoir la chambre alors que ailleurs partout dans le monde le paiement n'a jamais été une contrainte tant que nous avons encore du temps puisque on restera à l’hôtel plus longtemps. conclusion je n’ai pas aimé cette approche quant à la régularisation du paiement à l'avance avant d'avoir une chambre."

"I was very happy with the upgrade to a suite, and the room was enormous. There was a huge bedroom, a lounge room, a few sofas, two bathrooms, and three televisions. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly."

"It was so hot! The air con barely worked at all, even though I had it on non-stop while I was in the room, and overnight. It was actually quite uncomfortable, which is the main reason I couldn't give top marks to comfort. However I understand that this might be a city-wide thing once a certain temperature is hit, as every store we went into was also hot without any air con."

"The location is absolutely fantastic. Close to the main transportation hub (Dongzhimen station), just 5 minutes walk (where you get on the Airport Express) and close to many restaurants. Also walking distance from the Lama temple and Confucius temple. Breakfast was great, both selection and presentation. And the buffet offer proved to be an excellent choice to dine. The staff was very polite and friendly and I had no communication problems. The room was very spacious and comfortable."

"Well, the overall cleanliness was great but the carpet might need a small refresh. Other than that the confirmation that Booking.com has sent me stated that this hotel accepts only Chinese citizens but that was not true. I am European and they accepted me without any problem. The only issue was that I asked them for confirmation before my trip and they responded only after a few days of delay. But those don't change my overall great experience."
