"Had a great stay at Genting Highlands. The hotel is definitely a big plus. There’s so much to do and see right outside the hotel, all within walking distance, which made getting around super easy. The area felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and the views from one side of the hotel were really beautiful, especially if you enjoy mountain scenery. Service was really good overall. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job without being intrusive. We also absolutely loved the agency staff who assisted us. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating, replied promptly, and genuinely tried their best to meet our requests, which made the whole experience much smoother and more enjoyable."
