"Idéalement placé à moins de 10mn de la gare d'Ostrava-Svinov et accueil très sympathique en anglais : alors que je signifiais à la réceptionniste qui m'indiquait les horaires que je ne serai pas présent au petit déjeuner pour cause de départ de mon train, cette charmante dame m'a proposé de me préparer un sac à emporter que je trouverai dans le réfrigérateur situé derrière la réception ! Attention que j'ai apprécié !"

"It was super hot inside upon our arrival, but luckily I could close most of the radiator valves. Trains passing just ~30m create some noise, but they passed rarely in the night and I did not disturb us that much."
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ostrava. From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and comfortable. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the location was very easy to find with convenient free parking available. The room was spacious, very warm, and incredibly quiet, which made for a perfect night’s rest. The bed was extremely comfortable, and having a big room with a smart TV was a great bonus. The area around the hotel is peaceful, with a lovely walking park nearby that’s perfect for a relaxing stroll. A special thanks to the receptionist, Lucy — she was very kind, understanding, and spoke excellent English, which made us feel truly welcome. Her friendliness really added to the experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with great comfort, calm surroundings, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ostrava."

"If you’ve ever dreamed of hosting an “Indian-style” wedding for 500 guests, this is the place! I only stayed one night, but it felt like I was part of the celebration anyway – the breakfast buffet was so huge, I half expected a marching band to appear."

"L'accueil de l'hôte était vraiment chouette, malgré la barrière de la langue. Il nous a beaucoup aidés pour le check in malgré l'heure tardive, et nous a conseillé un super restaurant. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment excellent et très varié, avec un hôte à la bonne humeur communicative. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse, mieux que nous l'avions espéré. La literie était super confortable."
