"It was a functional hotel with everything you need. It's close to the Ecovia bus stop, so it's very convenient, and the area is relatively safe. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. I arrived at the airport late at night and used the hotel's shuttle service for $25. If you're arriving late at night, it can take time to arrange a taxi or Uber after arrival, so it's a good idea to have the hotel arrange the shuttle service in advance."

"The staff is kind and willing to help us. At check in we had a problem with the price because the booking showed a different price and at the hotel they asked us for extra money but luckily the hotel manager came and we paid what the application said. A very kind gentleman and smiling. At breakfast there was an abundance of food, juices and coffees. The rooms were extremely clean and every two days we had new towels. From my room I had a view of the street and the mountain of Quito. I would definitely stay there again!!"

"Nice room, big and clean. Hotel is located in good area where you can go out after sunset with mo worries. Good restaurants are located in 15 min walking distance. 20 min to the historical center by taxi, 50 min to the airport. Clean bathroom, good water pressure in shower."
