Cairo Pyramids Hotel

"Frigo en panne, on leur dit, rien à foutre.rideaux grisâtre. Personnel à l'accueil avare de renseignements, vous disent qu'il faut prendre le taxi ( du copain avec Backchich )pour aller au nouveau musée alors qu'il est à 8 mn à pied . La façade de l'hôtel ne correspond pas aux photos,n'est pas visible sur Maps, . les taxis et les transferts d'excursions ne vous trouvent pas , vous attendent à l'hôtel d'à côté. le restaurant ,bar et la piscine fermés,obligé d'aller dans l'hôtel à côté. les tarifs de prestation dans la chambre datent de 2016. Une literie très ferme , l'autre très molle , chambre 1111 à éviter Par contre, le restaurant très agréable et très bon ."

"The hotel is located in Giza Region, near Pyramids. Grand Khufu Pyramid is visible from the Pool and Bar. Hotel Building and rooms in the main building is new built but there is smaller bungalow houses in the hotel complex. Giza Necropolis is like 5 mins from the hotel by taxi. And Grand Egyptian Museum, which is the largest museum in the world for a single civilization, is right next to the Hotel and is in 5 mins walking distance. Breakfast was maybe the best breakfast I've ever seen in an Hotel, it is an open buffet with a large menu from various cuisines. I can say that all rooms or restaurant inside the complex are luckily clear and there is daily room service provided by the Hotel management. Hotel stuff was extremely kind and caring. If I have to give some info, I have to say that breakfast is served between 7.00 and 10.30 and swimming in the pool is allowed between 12.00 to 19.00."

"Only thing that I didn't like was hot water problem. When I first came, there were only hot water in the room but when we get in contact with the Hotel stuff, they immediately fixed it while daily room service. But in fact, almost everything was excellent and I wrote all those things sincerely."
