"What I loved most about the property was the incredible environment and the beautiful surroundings, which perfectly captured the charm of the area. The atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained, making it a very pleasant place to stay. The food was unfortunately not very flavorful, and I felt the pricing was a bit high for the quality provided. This was especially noticeable because there are so many local restaurants just outside the property offering delicious, authentic meals at much more reasonable prices. I believe improving the menu or adjusting the value for money would make the guest experience much better."

"The staff here have some of the best customer service in Addis. They are so smiley and welcoming and helped with everything that we needed. They made the hotel stay for us. Delicious made to order breakfast including including a hot breakfast (try the Ethiopian Full), fresh juice, tea/ coffee, cake. Much better than other more expensive hotel buffet breakfasts. Great that the shuttle service is included. Nice clean rooms. Good location. Nice restaurant food. My new favourite place to stay in Addis! We will be back!"
