"The room itself was fine. Not sure about the location because we never got the chance to go to Saint-Tropez. We were allowed to park in underground car park a block away with a key card that was provided, which was nice"
"Checking in was difficult, to say the least. Instructions were not clear. Address to location is same one as next door with a green gate which we thought was our place. Had to have a key code to get pass the gate, then a different code to get in the building. Then we had to get keys from a keybox outside our door, and parking pass from another keybox in a dark area inside the door (Very hard to see the numbers on keybox for those of us with less than 20/20 vision). Had to continuously call owner as many times he ignored my calls. Not happy at all with the check in process but still fair in my rating"

"Le fait que ça soit un appart'hotel : une pièce à vivre avec kitchenette, lits superposés, table à manger, une salle d’eau avec wc, le tout suffisament grand pour nous 2, très bon rapport qualité prix, éloigné de la route donc pas de bruits de circulation, très bien placé par rapport au stade de France (une dizaine de minutes à pied). "The communication was excellent and the lady turned up at the exact moment she said she would with the keys. The location is so fantastic, sitting on either of the two spacious terraces you get a view straight over the Erdre and lovely water boats. The shop is 50m away as is a local bar, the riverside walks up to the Japanese Gardens are lovely in the evening with plenty of outside bars. It's easy to walk into the old town and its huge array of restaurants and cafes. The rooms are huuuge! Each of us (4 old chaps) had our own shower in our room, the top floor even has its own kitchen to add to the enormous one downstairs. To go a bit further (Machines de Ile) we used the tram from the stop about 40m away (free at the weekends). Excellent levels of cleanliness and a great array of alll the facilities you could ask for."
