"Neighbours partying late into the night: almost 3am. Walls seemed thin, as the party noise carried right through. The heating system kept us from freezing but didn’t exactly make us feel warm: even at maximum, the heaters only felt lukewarm. Street noise occasionally carried in. It took about 15 minutes extra at the beginning to find and go to a different location to pick up (and at the end drop off) the key. At checkout, why not offer the possibility of dropping the key off in the unit’s mailbox?"

"The apartment was just great. Sébastien let us in and we were pleasantly surprised as we walked through the door. It was light and airy and well appointed. Beautifully furnished. It provided everything we needed. It was spacious yet had a cosy atmosphere. The location is sensational. Literally around the corner from the Rouen Cathedral and a short walk to the Metro station. Cross the road and you are in the mediaeval centre. The apartment is on the fourth floor but there is a lift. I wish we could have stayed longer. Just loved it."
