"Location. Close to beach, transport and attractions. Marius was wonderful! He not only waited for us when we got lost but he was very helpful with tips on getting around Nice. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a chilled bottle of wine, fruit, water still/sparkling and sweets for us to enjoy. Nice was magnificent and Marius made it even more so!"

"Nothing Marius could do but it got a little noisy Saturday night with the bars near us. All good , people having fun … quite late though"

"Fantastic studio apartment in the best street in Nice. Lively area but not too lively. 5 minute walk from the beach & everything you need on your doorstep. Marius could not be more helpful and was the perfect host. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back."

"Very clean, excellent communication, great location. Property is very well resourced, great little kitchenette with oils etc, microwave, hob, coffee machine. We loved having our breakfast on the balcony which overlooks the street. A little bit of street noise at night but not an issue. Maria herself is a lovely lady, very welcoming and communication with Paula via text was prompt. Lots of great restaurants and bars, beach nearby. Short walk to old town, art gallery, station etc. We had a fabulous holiday."

"Nagyon szuper napokat töltöttünk itt. Kiváló az elhelyezkedése,nagyon közel van a tengerparthoz. A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt, sok meglepetéssel várt minket. Nagyon rugalmas volt, személyesen várt minket a kulccsal, elmondott mindent részletesen. A szállás nagyon tiszta és gyönyörű volt, jól felszerelt."
