"Idéalement situé près de la gare et du tramway, cet appartement est idéal pour qui veux découvrir Nice . Maud a été une hôte qui nous a accueilli en personne et qui a été très réactive à notre demande. En effet, le temps étant caniculaire, nous lui avons demandé si nous pouvions bénéficier d'un ventilateur plus puissant pour l'une des chambres. Elle a très rapidement accéder à notre demander si bien que nous avons tous très bien dormi. Capsule Nespresso à dispo à notre arrivée. Et pour ce qui est de l'absence d'ascenseur, cela se fait très bien car les marches ne sont pas très raides et le passage très large (pour ceux comme moi qui avait un vélo, cela se fait très bien)."

"The price was very cheap for what they offered. The apartment is very spacious, ventilated (very important in summer) and illuminated. The kitchen is perfect to do anything and the living room is also used a lot to be with my friends. All in all: a very nice apartment"

"The location was fantastic, minutes from restaurants and bars. Train and tram within a short walking distance. Host Maude was always on hand if needed and very friendly. Facilities were excellent. Totally enjoyed our stay.. 10/10"

"Excellent location in walking distance of all major sites such as seafront, station, old town and transport. Also near to many local shops/market for groceries. The hostess was very friendly, spoke excellent English (unexpected) and gave us lots of tips. Really comfortable beds and plenty of towels and extra bedding and a good shower."

"住宿体验超出我的预期！ 我们的车来晚了，所以房东多等了我们快一个小时，她特别特别友善，给我们介绍了屋内的各种设施提供的用品。 这里在尼斯主干道旁边的街，生活非常方便，距离周日营业的超市也很近，旁边有个教堂。距离火车站就几分钟路程，很适合我们这种每天坐火车去别的地方玩的旅客。距离海边走路要二十几分钟。楼梯间不窄，适合拿行李上二楼。 房间看起来比照片中更大，非常舒适，两间房都很好看，床品干净舒适。客厅比想象中大得多，装修品味和软装搭配都很好。尤其是夜晚街道的黄色灯光会照进房间，就像加了电影滤镜一样出片。餐具很多，各种各样的都有，还有各式洗衣和清洁用的日用品。冰箱很大很干净，适合家庭长住。我们从海鲜市场和早市买回来很多东西吃，所以住这种民宿要比住酒店舒适得多。"
"洗浴用品在浴室的暗门里，我们一开始没有找到，就自己去买了，但其实洗发水和浴液都有，可以介绍的时候提一下。楼下夜晚有时有人聚集，但并没有做什么。房间里有些装饰固定得不稳定，倒不是大问题。"
