"Appartement correspondant à la description. Deux vraies chambres, grand salon lumineux, coin repas séparé de la cuisine. Deux petits balcons permettant de voir la rue. Un escalier avec bel élément de ferronnerie pour arriver à la chambre en duplex. Des volets intérieurs, des rideaux et une climatisation pour lutter contre la chaleur. Bon emplacement, à quelque mètres de la rue piétonne. Proximité du métro et de la banque (paiement en liquide demandé). Au moins deux restaurants de spécialités géorgiennes à proximité. Plusieurs petits magazines Spars, pas très bien achalandées. Hôtes discrets mais disponibles. Un ordinateur et accès wifi mis à disposition."

"Cuisine un peu petite, manque de couverts (couteaux et spatules notamment), plaque de cuisson dégradée. Salle de bain, petite, douche italienne non séparée des toilettes, odeur d’humidité persistante dans la salle de bain. Prévoir un masque de sommeil à l’étage car absence de store occultant (les rideaux en place laissent passer la lumière, réveil tôt le matin)."

"L’appartement est lumineux et spacieux. Les lits sont confortables et la climatisation est très efficace par temps chaud. La localisation est super, près des points fort de la ville. Un peu plus haut sur la rue il y a une boulangerie et un marchand de fruits et légumes ce qui est pratique. Le balcon offre une belle vue."

"Nous avons trouvé que la cuisine aurait put être mieux équipée. Également, la salle de bain n’offre pas de séparation pour la douche. Elle est petite donc c’est normal, mais cela fait en sorte que le plancher est constamment mouillé."

"The Art House is located in a prime location with a large and spacious living room, beautiful art and two balconies. The kitchenette is functional with a large fridge available if you want to shop or cool your haul of Georgian wines. The bedroom is spacious with a second bedroom in a loft room above the kitchenette and bathroom, with a/c. Our host Tamara was wonderful, friendly and so easy to work with. With copious numbers of restaurants, markets, hairdressers and souvenir stores within literally a stones throw you can’t go wrong with this stay."

"The flat is located in the historical 19th century building. It has maybe 3 meters high ceiling, such a charming place. The location is perfect. Nearby is a long touristic street, river bank, shops etc. communication with owners was smooth. We loved our stay here."

"The apartment is modern, beautifully renovated and decorated. High ceilings, art works, good air conditioning (important if you visit Tbilisi in summer). The location is perfect for discovering Tbilisi by walking: a street with cafe’s is just a few meters away, the Dry Bridge is a short walk, and when you cross the bridge you are at Rustaveli Avenue."

"The location is top-tier. The apartment is spacious and stylish, and with a fireplace 🔥. The balcony is so romantic, and the view is beautiful 🤩 And, in fact, there are 2 balconies. It's the best option I've ever found in Tbilisi for a short vacation. The host was extremely nice and friendly, and communication regarding our personal requests was very smooth. We greatly appreciated this."

"Minor inconveniences: 1. You should wear rubber slippers in the bathroom because the entire floor becomes wet after showering, making it difficult to use the toilet. 2. We also missed having a kitchen towel. However, these are minor issues. It's still a solid 5-star experience! ✨"

"It was really enjoyable to stay in one of the old Tbilisi houses. It is a very beautiful house with high ceilings, beautiful balconies and everything you need. The owner, Tamara, was always very quick to communicate and helpful and sincerely answered all our questions. The location of the house is in a central place and many important places such as restaurants, bakeries, greengrocers, markets, exchange offices and banks can be reached. The most enjoyable part was that it was very close to the Fabrika. It was very enjoyable to have a drink in the evening and walk back home. We will probably choose it again on our future visits.
