"L'hiver, il peut faire froid dans la salle à manger (dernier étage), voire parfois dans les chambres. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ce qui peut être un problème au dernier étage pour les personnes souffrant de problèmes de locomotion. Mais pour les autres, c'est un très bon exercice"

"J'adore le style Georgien de cet hôtel, et la proximité à pied de tout ce qu'il y a à visiter. Les propriétaires la maman et la fille sont d'une gentillesse et d'une serviabilité exceptionnelle. Ambiance familiale très appréciable où l'on se sent bien C'est extrêmement propre . Il y a tout le confort nécessaire dont on pourrait avoir besoin ma petite chambre était cosy et très confortable Le petit déjeuner à la Georgienne à volonté avec de très bon pancakes fait maison. La terrasse où on peut prendre son petit déjeuner dehors avec une vue magnifique. Autant vous dire que j'ai adoré cet endroit j'espère pouvoir y retourner"

"The shower was weird because it was operated through the sink, so when showering you had to spread your arm to the bathroom sink to change the temperature etc. A lot of stairs and floors you need to climb to get to the rooms so it is not easy for wheelchair users. It was fine for me but if you can not climb many stairs or you are using a wheelchair use another hotel. The old man on the first floor speaks 0 English and has a very bad attitude, he tried to argue with me when I brought my friend early in the morning in my room to talk for 2 hours and he then, from what I think he was trying to say, wanted me to check out and confused me with another person. All the other staff were great and very kind. But his behavior is completely unprofessional and is the only reason I would stay in another hotel room next time I visit Tbilisi."

"First of all: All the ladies working there were really sweet - they helped me with everything and always checked if I needed anything. The hotel is located at the end of Old Tbilisi, quite close to everything. The rooms were spacious enough, and they even had a bowl in the bathroom instead of a bidet shower (taharet musluğu) which I thought was such a thoughtful detail, especially for us Turkish people who need it :D Also, there was good WI-FI. I loved the omlette they cooked me in the morning. The balcony had a cute view at night. Mostly families or old couples are staying in the hotel - which was fine for me as I wouldn't like any noise at night! :)"

"The doorbell was broken when I came back at night, and I got scared that I wouldn’t be able to get in. I even had to go to another hotel to call mine, but fortunately I managed to get in afterwards. I’d suggest also providing guests with a key for the front door. The lighting in the rooms was not sufficient at all - I think stronger lamps are definitely needed."
