"La chambre avec salle de bain, apparemment rénovée, était très propre. J'en ai été à nouveau très satisfait. L'hotel, bien situé dans un cadre de verdure tout près du ruisseau coulant du parc thermal, est assez délabré par endroits, mais conserve son charme son authenticité d'ancien sanatorium. La vétusté n'est pas vraiment un problème. L'atmosphère est populaire, le grand balcon est agréable, le temps est suspendu, on est à l'aise, le personnel est souriant et sympathique."

"Atmosphère insolite de ce vieil établissement de soins de l'époque soviétique (par endroit très délabré), un charme désuet incontestable. Bel environnement d'eau et de verdure tout près du parc thermal, immenses balcons, chambre avec salle de bain privée, bon wi-fi, on croise des gens simples et sympathiques. Repos à tout petit prix et voyage dans le temps."

Outside was cold -8 degree but the room was so warm, and I could sleep with my t shirt Convenient location. It's a very old building and some things could be broken or outdated but it's more than enough.for the price"

"The place might seem to be a lil bit intimidating. It's pretty obscure, especially if you see the toilets. The staff speaks Russian and Georgian only so it can be kinda awkward. Anyway - for the price and location that you're getting there is nothing wrong with this place."
"It's very old wooden building, close to the central park. Please don't expect luxury facilities, but it's very good for this price. It's not my first stay here and I hope not the last."

"Staff and residents were friendly. Able to use the fridge and kitchen for simple cooking. Basic and clean room. Hot shower and ok wifi. Shared toilets by the kitchen was smelly, so I walked all the way to the other end of the building (near room 1) to use a much better western toilet. Stayed 3 nights and had good sleep. I needed to catch a train to Tbilisi at 5:50am and the lady staff got up to open the hostel door for me, much appreciated!"

"Très bon emplacement, proche de la gare. Calme car chambre donnant sur le jardin. Bouilloire dans la chambre, réfrigérateur a disposition. Il y a une petite terrasse bien agréable ou l'on peut manger."

They offered each of us a lunchbox for our next day of the trip for free. We were a group of 3 people and the room was clean, big, with comfortable beds and a heater. So I definitely recommend everyone who's searching to stay in the area."
